Manchester United winger Nani has completed a move to Fenerbahce.

The Portugal international spent last season with his former club Sporting Lisbon but has accepted the offer of a fresh challenge in Turkey after arriving in Istanbul over the weekend to finalise the transfer.

Following his signing for the Reds in the summer of 2007, the 28-year-old made 230 appearances and scored 41 goals. He was part of the team that won the 2008 Champions League, calmly converting a key penalty during the shoot-out victory over Chelsea in Moscow, and produced some marvellous individual performances.

Fenerbahce are one of the potential opponents for Louis van Gaal’s men in the Champions League qualifier next month.

Everybody at United would like to wish Nani every future success in his career.
